Booking Process 2025

To secure a preview/wedding date booking, clients must pay a non refundable deposit of the Bridal Package. This can be paid via Bank transfer. This deposit will be deducted from your quoted invoice.

Please note that the booking is not confirmed until the deposit is paid in full and the terms and conditions are sign and sent back.

Preview

The Preview is to be booked at a suitable date/time/location to both yourself and Charlotte Cromer or Artist. Images may be requested of hair and makeup looks you would like to achieve at the Preview and detail any allergies you or your wedding party may have (eyelash glue/latex etc) at the Preview. Please allow 2-3 hours for a detailed Preview and to allow for different hair/makeup applications if required.

Payment

Following the Preview an updated invoice will be emailed to you with a new balance for the Wedding Day. The invoice will also outline when the balance for the wedding date will be due.

The deposit is payable to Charlotte Cromer Makeup and Hair via bank transfer detailed on the invoice.

As soon as the deposit has been paid your wedding date is booked for yourself and yourself only and cannot be transferred. The remaining balance is payable to Charlotte Cromer Makeup and Hair 6 weeks before the booking/wedding date (detailed on Invoice).

You will be able to add services to the booking but not deduct people from the booking.

Late / Last minute bookings

A booking for a wedding date will be considered late or last minute if the enquiry or the booked date for the Preview is within two months of the wedding date.  Payment will be asked for the Preview and wedding date to be paid for in full within 6 weeks of the wedding date.

Additional Costs

Travel costs are dependent on your location. This is worked out using your postcode. There may also be ULEZ, Congestion and Parking charges depending on your Preview and Wedding day locations.

Cancellation and fees

If for some reason you wish to cancel your wedding booking, your cancellation must be confirmed in writing as soon as possible.
Your deposit and any other monies paid will be retained and no refund will be given. We are a small, independently, family-run business, we support independent freelancers who rely on the wedding bookings made in the diary during the relatively narrow wedding season. Should we be able to re-book an artist for that date we will refund the final invoice amount less an administration charge of £50 +VAT. The trial will not be refunded.

In the unlikely event your artist is taken ill on the day of your event. You will be notified as soon as possible and a suitably qualified replacement will complete the booking. All preview images will then be transferred to the replacement artist for reference and the booking will go ahead at no extra cost to the client.

International Weddings & Events

A non-refundable deposit of £250 per day of travel payable on booking which will come off the value of the final invoice.
